These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stratus Tech Aus website and the purchase of any products or services offered through it.
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.
However:

  • Product details are sourced from our authorised distributors and manufacturers.

  • Specifications and availability may change without notice.

  • Errors or omissions may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.

3. No Stock Held On-Site

Stratus Tech Aus does not keep physical stock.
All orders are drop-shipped directly from our Australian distributor partners.
Availability is subject to distributor stock levels at the time of ordering.

4. Orders & Payment

4.1 Payment Requirements

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched only after full payment has been received and cleared.

4.2 Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
This confirmation does not guarantee product availability.

4.3 Cancelling Orders

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

If an item is unavailable, back-ordered, or discontinued, we will:

  • notify you immediately, and

  • offer an alternative product or a full refund.

5. Pricing

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where pricing errors occur, even after payment has been made. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Dispatch

Products ship from distributor warehouses across Australia.
Dispatch times vary based on stock availability and may take 1–2 business days after payment is received.

6.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only, typically 2–5 business days.
Delays from couriers, distributors, or external events are outside our control.

6.3 Tracking

Tracking information is provided once the distributor ships your order.

6.4 Risk of Loss

Once a product is handed to the courier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
If a product arrives damaged, we will assist in lodging a claim with the courier or distributor.

7. Warranty

7.1 Manufacturer Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Warranty Claims

Warranty claims may require returning the product to:

  • the distributor,

  • the manufacturer, or

  • an authorised service centre.

We will assist you with the process where possible.

8. Returns & Refunds

We comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

8.1 Change of Mind

We generally do not accept returns for change of mind unless legally required.

8.2 Faulty or Defective Items

If an item is faulty, defective, or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time.
We may ask for:

  • photos/video,

  • a fault description, or

  • return of the item for assessment.

Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund as required by ACL.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratus Tech Aus is not liable for:

  • courier delays

  • distributor stock shortages

  • indirect or consequential losses

  • compatibility issues arising from user-selected configurations

  • loss of data or business interruption

Our liability is limited to the remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

All content on this website - including product images, logos, text, and graphics - is the property of Stratus Tech Aus or its respective owners.
Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.
